What is Dresm

Dresm is an online resource, a service, a venue. We connect people, that agree with our terms of use, and have something to sell, trade, or give away, referred to as “sellers”, with people who agree with our terms of use, and are interested in buying, trading, or receiving, referred to as “buyers”, for said product.

Dresm cannot guaruntee any part of this process. Dresm acts as a venue, and is not involved in the transformation of product at any time.

By using Dresm, you agree that Dresm is not responsible or liable for any text, information, data, usernames, graphics, images, profiles, items, links, or other “content” posted by you, other users, or third parties on the website. Coincidentally, you use Dresm at your own risk.


Age

In order to use Dresm, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older. Misrepresentation of your age can result in termination of access to the site.

Individuals under the age of 18, can only use Dresm’s services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and the parent or guardian is responsible for all activity.


Account information

It is the responsibility of the user to keep all account information up to date, including, a valid email address, pay pal or credit card information, and any relevant information to buying and/or selling.


Right to refuse service

Dresm reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.


Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously at Dresm. Please read our PRIVACY POLICY to know how serious we take it.


Listing and Selling policies

When listing a item on Dresm, you acknowledge that you are authorized to sell the item. The item must be listed accurately and completely, listing a clear explanation of the item and its condition. Each item must be listed separately.


Prohibited actions and items

At Dresm we ask that you not engage in any of the following activities;

  • List, sell or display fraudulent or stolen items.
  • Intentionally be false or misleading in any process
  • Contact anyone who does not wish to be contacted
  • Collect, store, or transmit personal information for any other use but Dresm.
  • Threaten, stalk, harass, or abuse any other person
  • Post, display or transmit obscene material, and this includes sexually explicit material of any kind.
  • Infringe on any patents, copyrights, or trademarks.
  • Spam
  • Hack Dresm or any link computer
  • Use data mining tools to gain access to Dresm
  • Create liability for Dresm
  • Encourage any activity that breaks the law

Content

Dresm does not own your content. By posting, submitting or displaying content on Dresm, you agree to let us use said content.  Dresm does not control any of the content that you post, display or submit, and you are aware that you may be exposed to content that is harmful, inaccurate, misleading, and objectionable.

Any link or third party content is completely independent of Dresm and is the responsibility of the user, we are not responsible for any link or third party content and anything related is at your own risk. Dresm does not pre screen content and reserves the right to remove any content that is in violation of our Terms of Use.


Third Party Content

You agree that any third party content or links that are placed on Dresm are used and viewed at your own risk. Dresm is not liable for loss, damage, or disputes involving any third party content or links.


Termination of services

Dresm reserves the right to terminate a user or a listing for any violation of the Terms of Use. Any violation that results in termination does not alleviate the user from any related fees, any owed fee to Dresm will still be owed and the terminated user must pay Dresm. Furthermore, Dresm reserves the right to terminate a user, content or listing at any time.


Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dresm and its owners, employees, affiliates, providers and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs made by any third party due to or arising from any content you submit, post, or display on the venue, or through you r use of the venue, made available to you from the venue, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any policy.  


Limitations of liablility

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DRESM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES(EVEN IF DRESM IS AWARE OF POSSIBLE DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE DRESM SITE, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARE FROM MISUSE, INABILITY TO USE, OR TERMINATION OF THE DRESM SERVICE.

SUCH LIMITATION WILL ALSO APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS THAT WERE MADE ACCESSABLE TO YOU VIA THE DRESM SITE, AS WELL AS ANY PERSON’S ACTIONS THAT WERE MADE ACCESSABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE DRESM SITE.

 

Dresm’s ideas and creative property

Dresm’s design’s, logo’s, scripts, and graphic’s are registered trademarks, or trademarks of Dresm, and may not be used in any other way that is not in compliance with the wishes of Dresm, or in anyway that could cause confusion.


Taxes

Where applicable Dresm requires that users operate within all federal and state tax guidelines.
