returns

Dresm does not support a traditional returns process.  Dresm is a venue for people selling to other people, not a traditional retailer.  We encourage our community to use the following tips to resolve any purchasing issues.

Item Doesn't Fit?

We understand that when buying clothes online, sizing can be difficult. That's why we've made a free relist button. The free relist button can be found on your purchases page when logged in.

Unsatisified with seller?

If you are unhappy with a seller for any reason, don't hesitate to message the seller to work out the problem.  Please be patient during this process, selling clothing is probably not the seller's profession.

You also have the power to:

  • Write a review about the seller to inform other community members of your issue.
  • Open a PayPal dispute if you have paid for an item, waited, and still not received it.  This can be done at PayPal.com.
  • If after trying to work through the issue, you are still unsatisfied, contact Dresm. We will do everything we can to find a resolution.

Refunding a Buyer Money

If you refunded a shopper for their purchase using PayPal and want your item to go back up on Dresm for sale, you can accomplish this by visiting your Dresm account Sales page.

Click the "Refunded" button next to the item a refund was issued for.  You will be presented to with two options, "cancel the sale" or "realist the item" – live, for sale on Dresm.  The "cancel" option will send your listing to your Draft Listings page in your account.

If you choose to realist your item, Dresm will charge you the .15¢ listing fee again.  Your listing will then be removed from your Sales page and returned to your Active Listings page in your account.

NOTE: You are still responsible for paying the Dresm sales fee despite having refunded the buyer.
