**When viewing my boutique, please refresh your page 1st (press the F5 key to make sure you see a list of my CURRENTLY for sale listings, as they do expire or get sold - and items you may have left in your cart for awhile before trying to purchase may not still be available.

I *typically* ship out twice a week, and I use USPS standard shipping in most cases, so you can usually expect to receive your purchase in 2-6 days ...with holidays and my personal/work schedule being busier than usual at times. ..in which case I will message you to touch base on this and most always after ship via 2 day priority to shorten your wait. If your item weighs more than 16oz or you have multiple items however - it will always be sent via priority 2 day. I provide tracking info on all sales.

Once it leaves my location and I provide you with tracking, it is out of my hands if the post office fails to deliver it to you. You must take it up with them.

I do NOT accept damaged items for return as I TRIPLE check to make sure they are the condition promised in the ad. ALL SALES FINAL in 90% of cases for this reason. IF you still feel you have a legitimate reason to return something for refund..it must be done NO LONGER than 2 days from the day tracking says it was delivered to your location., and you are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
* unfortunatly..there are plenty of people who will wear something once or twice and then a week or more later try to return it.

***PLEASE NOTE*** I DO live with a smoker...so even though its best to wash a pre-owned clothing item before wearing it, (ALL items ARE clean and inspected closely before shipping) - take this into consideration if you are highly allergic to the faint scent of tobacco, as some people seem to be.
