This dress is a silk chiffon material that hits a little above the knee. It has thinner straps with ruffles on the front and one by the shoulders. The back dips down into a slight V. It has a cross tie in the front that wraps around to be tied in the back- looks great to cinch in the waist. It is in great condition, only worn a few times.
